Refund and Return Policy

At PurseLamp, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy to understand the conditions under which refunds or re-deliveries may be granted.

Eligibility for Refund or Re-Delivery

We offer refunds or re-delivery under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Items: If we send the wrong goods, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Lost Packages: If the package is not updated in the logistics system for more than 15 days, it will be considered lost, and we will issue a refund or re-send the order.

  3. Damaged Goods: If the package is signed for and found to be damaged within 3 days, we will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.

Non-Eligibility for Refund or Re-Delivery

We do not offer refunds or re-deliveries under the following situations:

  1. Change of Mind: If the customer does not like the product after receiving it, we do not provide refunds or replacements.

  2. Order Cancellation After Shipment: Once the goods have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  3. Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Information: If the package arrives at the recipient's location but cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we are unable to process a refund or re-delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Re-Delivery

If your situation qualifies for a refund or re-delivery, please contact our customer service team @ purselamp@gmail.com within the specified time frame. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting images if applicable.
